RETURNS POLICY

All powder coated orders are manufactured to your specification / colour after payment has been made, and because of this, we are unable to accept a return on them unless faulty.

You are able cancel a payment made before items are manufactured by sending an email, confirming your order number and confirming your name and contact detail.  This must be done within 24 hours of payment to ensure the products are not manufactured.

An unwanted product that is powder coated, such as, accessories of can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original brand-new condition (unopened). All non-faulty returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You must notify the company of your wish to return goods within 14 days, and goods must be returned within 28 days, from receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing via email (libby@aratedproducts.co.uk) confirming your order number and confirming your name and contact detail.

Returns are made at customers cost and must be sent via a signed for, tracked secure service. Goods will only be refunded once received and signed for by  A Rated Products. A Rated Products are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit when returning to us.
